Who We Are
Innovation Roofing was born in 2021, as a project that we never imagined undertaking, but which has finally become a real passion.
The idea began with Raul Gonzalez, founder and owner of R Construction, a large company based in New Albany, Indiana. Raúl and I have known each other since childhood, we have studied at the same school, always supporting each other. It was he who encouraged me to open an office here in Indianapolis, almost two hours from where he operates. - And so it was with a lot of desire to learn and guide Raúl to someone with experience and passion for what he does.
A company that aims to help homeowners have a safe roof and house. At Innovation, we have carried out major roofing, mitigation and all kinds of construction projects. Every day we continue to grow, learn and, above all, earn the trust of our clients.
This company was not only born from a business plan; it was born from trust, friendship and a desire to build something solid, not only strong and secure roofs, but also prosperous and lasting relationships in which harmony makes working at Innovation make you feel like family. Being a partner and friend of Raúl Gonzales, a person with a lot of vision for me, has been an honor.
